Event Terms & Conditions

a. The event period refers to the time from December 22, 2025 at 00:00 UTC to the end time indicated on the event page. All discounts and promotional codes are only valid during the event period.

b. Promotional orders that are canceled due to overdue payment or incomplete personal information resulting in payment failure via PayPal or credit card will not be restored.

c. Special products are available for a limited time and in limited quantities, while supplies last. Once the limit is reached, unpaid orders will be immediately canceled and will not be restored.

d. Refunded orders will forfeit all corresponding event benefits, including account credit cashback and additional referral rewards. Refunds for event orders are limited to within 25 days from the date of purchase. Renewals are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

1. The port speeds indicated here are VirtIO port peak speeds. Actual speeds are limited by VM performance, international and local network conditions, and other factors that may prevent reaching the port peak speeds. Therefore, the port speeds listed here are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

2. When the transfer quota is exhausted, the VirtIO port peak speed will be throttled to the indicated rate and will be reset the following month. After throttling, transfer quota is unlimited (within reasonable use).

3. The indicated cashback percentage is based on the actual payment amount. Account credit cashback is settled monthly (first settlement occurs on the 27th day after order completion). The settlement amount is evenly distributed each month according to the formula: "Actual Payment Amount × Cashback Percentage ÷ Billing Cycle = Monthly Settlement Amount"

4. This extra referral reward applies only to eligible products in the LAX region. The referral reward is subject to the Terms of Service. Self-referrals or other actions that violate the Terms of Service will result in the cancellation of referral rewards.
