Event Rules
The event is from 2022.12.30 00:00 UTC to 2023.01.06 00:00 UTC and all discounts and coupon codes (except for those marked as long term) are valid only during the event.
Orders cancelled due to late or incomplete personal information, such as PayPal & credit card inability to pay, will not able to be restored.
The general refund rule does not apply to products purchased at the event price once the service is activated.
Extra Notes
1. Submit a ticket to receive additional products. The products received are the same as the products ordered and cannot be exchanged. Can only be created in the same account. 1.3x annual traffic offer cannot be stacked with this offer.
2. The discount code is a long-term discount that applies to annual Standard Network products in all regions and requires STARTER and above plans. For existing eligible non-annual plans, you may submit a service ticket requesting an upgrade to annual and apply the discount code.
3. This discount code is a long-term discount that applies to all regional semi-annual Standard Network products requiring STARTER and above plans. For existing eligible non-semi-annual plans, a service ticket may be submitted to request an upgrade to semi-annual and the discount code will be applied.
