Event Rules

a. The event period is from 2024.12.24 00:00 UTC to the end time indicated on the event page. All discounts and promo codes are only valid during the event period.

b. Discount orders canceled due to overdue payment or incomplete personal information leading to PayPal & credit card payment issues will not be restored.

c. Discounted products are limited in time and quantity, and will be sold out. Once the limit is reached, unpaid orders will be immediately canceled and will not be restored.

d. Products purchased at event prices are not subject to general refund rules once activated.

Additional Instructions

1. The port rate indicated here is the VirtIO port peak rate. The actual rate is limited by VM performance, international and local network environments, and may not reach the port peak rate. Therefore, the port rate here is for reference only and is not a commitment.

2. The traffic quota is automatically reset every month. Once the quota is exhausted, the product will be suspended until the next month's reset. For special products, the paid reset transfer function is not available.

3. Extra transfer quota applicable to the use of discount codes 'EB-CHRISTMAS-2024-ANNUALLY-1.3X-TRANSFER', 'EB-CHRISTMAS-2024-SEMI-ANNUALLY-1.2X-TRANSFER', 'EB-CHRISTMAS-2024-QUARTERLY-1.1X-TRANSFER' for TYO EB series products, and the billing cycle is quarterly or higher. If the discount code is not used, you can submit a ticket to request addition.

4. DMIT credit are non-withdrawable, and applying for a refund will result in the corresponding credit being remove from the account.
